Leeds Skelton Lakes Services, based at Junction 45 of the M1, was a project which presented a challenge to our designers as the curtain walling had to be fabricated with a curved edge where the glass met the roof.

Bennett Architectural worked closely with Morgan Sindall Construction and Corstophine & Wright to overcome these challenges and present the client with a visually stunning build.

Our team fabricated and installed Kawneer’s AA720 Windows, AA100 Curtain Walling, AA190 TB Doors and brise soleil elements throughout the course of the project.

The £60m project encompasses a food court, business centre, fuelling station and hotel which will cerate more than 700 new jobs for the surrounding area.
