Bennett Architectural fabricated and installed the architectural aluminium glazing elements for the new £65m, 21-Storey student accommodation based in Sheffield.
New Era Square was Sheffield’s tallest tower in ten years and included 70,000sq ft of retail and business office space.
Our team utilised Kawneer’s AA100 Curtain Walling, AA720 Windows, AA190 TB Doors, 350 Medium Stile Entrance Systems and Raynaer’s CF-77 Folding/Sliding Doors for the newbuild project.
The project reached completion in 2018 and now includes three panda sculptures situated across the site as a symbol of friendship and peace.
