Broughton Hub provides a ‘one-stop shop’ for a wide range of community services and facilities.
The site was challenging in terms of access having a steep embankment to the rear of the building, where the curtain walling had to be installed from scaffolding.
The product provision also had to take into account the fire strategy, secured by design compliance, thermal requirements some of which was addressed with brise soleil and ventilation.
