Bennett Architectural were awarded the sub-contract glazing works for the Exhibition Centre Liverpool (ECL).
An investment of £40 million, Exhibition Centre Liverpool consists of 8,100m² of space which is sub-divisible into three pillar-free exhibition halls and a brand new interconnected hotel with up to 200 bedrooms.
During construction of the ECL, which hosts up to 50 events a year, we installed Kawneer’s AA100 mullion-drained curtain walling and 451PT thermally-broken framing system, along with their AA720 HI tilturn windows.
the project was completed in just over 2 years, with it’s first event taking place in September 2015.
