St Peter’s Academy was part of Stoke-on-Trent’s BSF schools; this iconic new build incorporated horizontal solar shading fins to the windows.
Not only were the fins functional but they also proved to be a striking design feature in a contrasting colour. The Kawneer AA3610 Linked Sash windows allowed optimum ventilation without the requirement for automation.
