The team at Bennett Architectural were asked to assist in the refurbishment of Castlefield House, a high specification refurbishment project in the centre of Manchester.
Bennett Architectural were responsible for the removal of the existing windows and curtain wall and for the installation of the new facade, transforming a 1970’s “ugly duckling”” into a modern business facility.
The 32,000sqft building is now used as office space and owned by Allied London.
