Xperience Dynamics, an Xperience Group business, is delighted to welcome new customer Bennett Architectural on board.
With the need to upgrade their software, Bennett decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV and NAVcontracts, a construction industry ERP solution developed by Xperience Dynamics.
Outdated Software: A Driver for Change
Prior to selecting NAVcontracts, Bennetts were using an earlier version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Joanne Picken, Finance Manager at Bennett, explains,
“The version of NAV we were using previously was heavily customised, which meant there was a significant cost each time we needed to update it.”
As NAVcontracts is a tailored solution specific to the construction industry, Bennetts industry specific requirements are included as standard. This will reduce the time and costs involved in upgrading, helping to drive productivity across the business.
Superior Reporting
Bennett’s saw reporting as a key benefit for making the move to NAVcontracts.
Joanne comments,
“In our previous solution, we would regularly run cost to complete reports, which could take anywhere up to two days to produce. With NAVcontracts and jet reports, all we have to do is click a ‘refresh’ button, and the report updates instantly. This will be a huge time saver for us going forward.”
Alastair Sinclair of Xperience Dynamics added,
“It has been really great working with Bennetts. They really know what they want from their system and we are always delighted when we can help a client get the best out of their NAV investment.”
Why Xperience Dynamics?
“From our initial meeting through right through to go-live the team at Xperience has been extremely professional. The team provided clear scoping and guidelines, and the on-site assistance during go-live was faultless. We’ve had no disruption to our business and everything has been plain sailing,” Joanne said.
Alastair concluded,
“We (Xperience) have thoroughly enjoyed building a new strategic partnership with Bennett Architectural, and look forward to working alongside them for many years to come”.
