The NEXT store at the brand new Selly Oak Shopping Park has opened its doors.
The 19,286 square feet NEXT store forms part of the overall 250,000 square feet retail space which also hosts a Nandos, M&S Simply Food, Wilko, Sainsbury’s and student accommodation.
The project was led by Interserve alongside architects Piper Whitlock, with Bennetts chosen to supply and install Pilkington Planar ™ bolted glazing as well as Kawneer AA100 curtain walling and doors.
Lionel Grant, Managing Director at Bennett Architectural commented,

“The Pilkington Planar ™ glazing adds a touch of class to the building and will no doubt appeal to their customers.”
Store Manager Matthew Thorn said: “The team and I are excited for the new store to open and are looking forward to welcoming Costa, Paperchase & Clark’s concessions to the store.
“Customers will love the new layout and I’m sure will enjoy shopping with us.”
The NEXT store opened at 10am on Tuesday 11th September.
