Staff from aluminium glazing specialists Bennett Architectural have raised £151.93 from taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event took place on Friday 28th September with staff from both the offices and Fabrication bringing in home baked goods and taking part in games such as pin the cherry on top of the cake.
The team also held a raffle for cakes the following Friday.
This was the second time Bennetts have taken part in the fundraiser, having previously took part in 2016 raising £80.
Lionel Grant, Managing Director at Bennett Architectural commented,
“I’d like to thank all our staff who have supported this cause, whether buying tickets, baking, buying and providing cakes.
“We’re delighted to have nearly doubled our total from 2016 with all the money going to a very worthy cause in Macmillan Cancer Support
“A big thank you to the local Co-operative for their kind donations too.”
