Aluminium glazing specialists Bennett Architectural have been chosen to work on a new 28 apartment scheme from HB Villages for people living with disabilities.

Oak House, based on College Road in Birmingham, was the site of a former care home and will be adapted for people living with physical disabilities or learning development challenges.

Bennetts is working alongside main contractor Lovell and Calderpeel architects, providing Kawneer AA100 curtain walling and doors on the £4m scheme.

Lionel Grant, Managing Director at Bennett Architectural commented,

“We’re delighted to be working on the brand new apartment scheme from HB Villages, which will provide a state of the art facility for people living with disabilities.

Oak House is set to be completed by the end of 2019.
