Aluminium glazing specialists Bennett Architectural have completed work on the refurbishment of Ainsdale Train Station in Southport.
Working with Morgan Sindall and Liverpool based Owen Ellis Architects, Bennetts supplied and installed Kawneer AA100 curtain walling and Pilkington Planar systems; with stunning results.
The £2.5m investment in the Merseyrail station comes from the Government’s National Stations Improvement Programme and Network Rail.

Additional features for Ainsdale Train Station include a passenger waiting area with WiFi, improved information screens, increased seating and new waiting shelters.
